About This Package

If you’re planning a non-wedding event then this package is for you. This option includes 12 hours of venue access time (6 hours for setup, and 6 hours for event time), plus an extra hour for breakdown. You can choose whatever window of time you’d like for your event as long as you end no later than midnight.

During your event you’ll have access to all of our spaces as well as full access to our kitchen (which can be used to warm up and prep food). Tables and chairs are included, along with the set up of these tables and chairs by our event team. We’ll also handle the post-event cleanup (sweeping, mopping, and taking the trash bags out), you just need to throw your trash away after your event.

You will have two Event Managers on property throughout your event, they will assist with parking, answering guest questions, and whatever else you might need.

About This Package

If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront Venue for your reception, then this package might be perfect for you. This option includes our full event team, tables and chairs, plenty of event time, full use of all event spaces, and all day access for setup and decoration.

Our event team covers the setup and breakdown of your tables and chairs, the post event cleanup (sweeping, mopping, taking trash to the dumpster), and includes a dedicated Venue Manager. Your Venue Manager will assist with collecting and finalizing details leading to your event, and will even do a final review with you two months out to help organize everything, and to help create a floor plan.

During your reception you’ll have access to all of our event spaces as well as full use of the kitchen (which can be used to warm up and prep your food). Tables and chairs are included (12 round and 13 rectangular), along with 6 hours of event time, all-day setup, and 1 hour for breakdown. You’ll also have two of our Event Managers on property throughout your event, assisting with parking, guest questions, and whatever else you might need.

About This Package

This is definitely our most popular option. The Windmill Wedding Package includes your choice of ceremony location (whether that be on the beach or on the back patio), a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior, 6 hours of reception time, our full event team, use of all event spaces, and all of your rental item essentials.

If you’re getting married with your toes in the sand then we will handle the setup of your ceremony arch and chairs on the beach, along with a beach raking of the ceremony area (removing any seaweed and leveling out the sand for walking). Our event team will also cover the setup and breakdown of your reception and cocktail areas, they will handle post event cleaning, and two day-of event managers will be on site during your event. These managers will direct parking, assist with guests, and are available to help as needed.

This package includes round and rectangular tables, 12 table linens (you can choose the color), 5 high top tables with covers (you can choose the color of these too), 100 white resin ceremony chairs, a ceremony arch (choose from multiple styles), and our property chairs.

In terms of timing you’ll have all day access to the building for setup and decoration (doors open at 8am), 6 hours of event time (choose whatever start and end time you’d like, but events must end by midnight), and 1 additional hour for breakdown and exit.

About This Package

The Entertainment Package is “The Windmill Wedding” Package + a Full Wedding DJ and All-Inclusive Photo Booth. The DJ and Photo Booth are both provided by our trusted partners and include $750 in applied discounts between the two services.

The Wedding DJ covers 6 hours of music during your ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour. They provide an additional “setup” for the ceremony, covering music and a wireless mic. The DJ will handle all of the introductions and announcements, and will even assist with your timeline throughout the event. They also assign you a DJ based on your specific music and “style” preferences, ensuring that you are matched with the perfect DJ for your wedding.

The Premium Photo Booth is fun and great for keeping guests entertained. This usually results in some pretty hilarious photos (especially as drinks start flowing) and comes with “everything that you need”. This includes an attendant, unlimited printouts, a customized layout, a full table of props, a giant touch screen, a copy of all photos, and your choice of backdrop color.

In addition to the entertainment services this package covers round and rectangular tables, 12 table linens (you can choose the color), 5 high top tables with covers (you can choose the color of these too), 100 white resin ceremony chairs, a ceremony arch (choose from multiple styles), 150 of our property chairs, beach setup and raking, and a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal.

About This Package

The Catering & Bar Package covers everything that you need to host a full dinner service, plus all of the previously included wedding essentials. At a glace this option includes catering, a bar service, tables, chairs, linens, ceremony chairs, beach setup, a ceremony arch, high tops, setup and breakdown, post event cleanup, day of event managers, use of all spaces, all day setup time, 6 hours of event time, and a dedicated Event Manager (plus amazing oceanfront views).

We offer 4 different Catering Packages at Oceanfront (two that include a buffet, and two that are plated and served), this Rental Package includes “Catering Package 1 (Buffet)”. The Bartender covers 4 hours of service time (additional time can be added per hour), along with all of the basics. This includes plastic cups, straws, napkins, ice, mixers, garnishes, and a mobile bar. However, the alcohol is NOT included. In order to save money we’ve set this up so that you can purchase and provide your own alcohol, our bartender will simply mix and serve your guests (Note: A licensed Bartender is required for any event held on property serving alcohol).

About This Package

If you’re looking for an all-inclusive turn key Wedding Package that includes a beachfront venue with a beautiful view, a beach ceremony, a ballroom reception, and a cocktail hour on an outdoor patio. A dedicated event team, essential rental items, full catering service, bar service, full Wedding DJ coverage, an all-inclusive photo booth, and all day access to the venue… then this package is oddly perfect for what you’re looking for!

The Perfect Day Package was designed to be as “all-inclusive” as possible, leaving you to essentially just need a cake, a photographer, and some decor. Everything else is pretty much covered, from our full catering service with choice of food options and servers, to a personally assigned DJ who will adjust their playlists to your preferences.

Choose to host your ceremony location on the beach, on the patio, or in the ballroom. Wherever you choose to have it our event team will setup your chairs, arch, and will rake the beach clear of seaweed. We will also handle your reception setup, breakdown, and post event cleanup. Our event day managers are on site to direct parking, to assist your guests, and to help you when needed. Leading up to your event you’ll be connected with your own Venue Manager, they’ll assist with detail gathering, site visits, and even creating a floor plan.
