  • Every rental includes a dedicated in-house planning assistant who is by your side from booking through to the day of your event. Here’s a look at some of the support they provide:

    • Planning, Vendor, & Design Tips

    • On-Call Support & Assistance

  • Every rental includes a full team of dedicated event day staff who will ensure that your event is setup, overseen, and executed to perfection.

    • Our team arrives in the morning to open the venue, turn on lights, AC, and set up the tables, chairs, and linens according to your floor plan.

    • An hour before your event begins our Event Day Manager and Parking Attendant arrive on property to direct vehicles, guests, and vendors as they arrive.

    • During your event our team oversees your timeline, your guests, and your vendors to ensure that everything is flowing according to plan.

    • After your event our team will handle breakdown, venue reset, and cleanup!

  • We have a full team of optional in-house vendors and services that you can add to your event, including: DJ, Photography, Catering, etc. You can also bring in your own vendors if preferred. Here are some of the benefits of using our team:

    • Add Or Remove Vendors After Booking Without A Penalty

    • Adding Vendors Doesn’t Increase Your Deposit Amount

    • You Deal With One Point Of Contact For All Vendors

  • Every rental includes all day venue access, 6 hours of event time, breakdown time, and private use of the facility during your setup and celebration.

    • Venue Access: 8am To The Start Of Your Event

    • Event Time: Choose 6 Hours Between 10am-12am

The Oceanview Ballroom

The Oceanview Ballroom is our signature indoor event space. With a capacity for up to 150 guests, expansive floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Atlantic, a kitchen prep space, and direct access to the Sunset Patio - this is the perfect setting for romantic waterfront celebrations.

The Sunset Patio

Open, airy, and just steps from the main ballroom, The Sunset Patio is a smaller outdoor event space that directly overlooks the ocean and beach. Commonly used for breezy cocktail hours and intimate golden hour ceremonies, this space can hold 60 to 100 guests, and offers direct access to the Gazebo and boardwalk.

The Gazebo

Connected to the Sunset Patio and boardwalk, the Gazebo features unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean, direct access to the beach, and space for 10 to 15 guests - making it perfect for outdoor mingling and late night conversations.

The Beach

We are one of the only oceanfront venues in the area with direct access to the beach. This space can be used for waterfront ceremonies, family photos, or as a place for you guests to explore during cocktail hour.

Every rental starts with an all-inclusive foundation that covers tables, chairs, linens, all day access, planning support, an event day team, and plenty more. But if you’re looking for something turn key, we also have 6 pre-built packages that include a different combination of our in-house vendors and services.

Booking & Payments

When you book your event at Oceanfront, you have the ability to choose your own deposit amount and your own payment schedule. After the deposit is paid, your remaining balance is then split into multiple payments leading up to your event – pay monthly or pay periodically, the choice is yours. We also offer optional payment discounts if you’re looking to cut down the cost of your event. These include paying in full, paying half down, or paying a third down – with saving ranging from $300 to $3,000 depending on the package and discount you choose.

  • Your Deposit Stays The Same Even When You Add Our Vendors & Services
